” Sleep Hygiene” is a huge subject.. and IMO every bit as important as Training and Nutrition and Enhancement Practices in our world.

I have lost count of the times I have seen people stepping over $100 bills to pick up 10 cents with regards to sleep..

eg ” already sleep deprived” and getting out of bed at 5am so you can do an hour of fasted cardio.. hmmm.

If you are serious .. you will be executing against improving the quality of your sleep just like you are executing against improving the quality of your Nutrition and Hormonal Profile and Training behaviors.
