If you book a one on one call and I cant answer your question(s) to your satisfaction why should you pay anything ?
So yes..
You book a call, you ask your questions and if I cant help you on that call to your satisfaction I will refund your money ie no charge..
That to me seems very fair.. I would expect the same..
