6 primary Toxicity Pathways associated with Anabolic and Androgenic Steroid Use

This is a screenshot slide from Dr Scott Howell Video that identifies the 6 primary Toxicity Pathways associated with Anabolic and Androgenic Steroid Use

IMO we can mitigate or at least attenuate most of these with a few ” common sense best practices”

Personally I feel you can downgrade the risks of Hepatoxcity with the simple rule

Minimal use of Methylated Compounds and SARMs

Just that brings us to 5 primary Toxicity Pathways associated with Anabolic and Androgenic Steroid Use

The point here ?

1, At minimum be aware of what these pathways are..
2, Ask yourself.. do I really need to ” do that / use that” here

Is it something that without which I will not reach my goals ?

Basal PEDs are PEDs that offer minimal impact on these pathways, minimal not none… that we can use with a higher degree of confidence over longer time frames..

Situational Use PEDs are PEDs ( used during Competition or to break Plateaus ) that present potentially higher impact on these pathways.

“Harm Reduction” is at the same time both terribly complicated, principally due the consequence of poly-pharmacy.. variability of genetic response and preexisting conditions and quite the opposite.. ie plain common sense..

At least get the common sense part right first.. everyone can do that. Right ?

A few common sense points..

Minimal use of Methylated Compounds and SARMs

Approved for Human Use Drugs – not Veterinary Drugs preferentially

Approved for Human Use Drugs – not Untested Research Chemicals preferentially

Drugs that have passed standardized Toxicity Testing.

Drugs like Dbol have no place in long term responsible PED use.. ie they serve no purpose towards our long term goals.

Sadly common Sense is not so common.. in our Tribe as in all others..
